1776 specializes in wild game, local, organic fed whole hogs and angus beef by the 1/2. We make our own cured bacon, nitrate free. We can make most dishes gluten-free if they are not already. Gluten-free bread and gluten-free pot pies are baked daily at 1776, and we also use gluten-free spices.
